We need an update, current trainer keeps crashing the game

What I do for 'Instant Reforms,' is activate it, skip to next turn, clip on FOUR of the reforms I want, deactive the cheat, then click on the FIFTH one to continue. It hasn't crashed for me doing it this way and it works every turn. >active Instant Reforms >skip to next turn >select up to FOUR...
