start by repairing your game (verify) ? dead rising 4 is a game full of bugs that prob wont be fixed...... the studio team behind it closed.

@MrAntiFun heavy cars, suv's start smoking with the vehicle health cheat on.. something is wrong as it slows these cars down beyond being able to escape chases lol :D

trainer works with my latest version make sure u run 1.090 trainer.

@MrAntiFun could you maybe look into inf vehicle health? they get destroyed so fast only a little bump and theres tons of damage
