What are required cheats?.

General Skill Points can be spent in Combat or Civil so would probably be easier to find that address. It might be nice to have Attribute Points and Gold, add Reputation points and freeze Action Points. Invisibility might be useful for Theft. I'm too tired to remember more, atm.
