Hello would it be possible to make a trainer for Ageod American Civil War 2 ?

Something for more money, manpower, more units availability, unlock units fixed to a location, enable or disable the foreign powers joining the war, improving the generals, adding national morale... if you can.

It apparently would not be possible, because you cant find them anywhere. Also cant find any guides for editing the savegame either.
