infinite breath would be very helpful as well. Apparently the infinite soul timer from the original Agony trainer works in Unrated as well. But not infinite demon timer.

you mad? all antiviruses will flag it as a virus, even though it isn't as it's attacking the games code, so you can use the trainer. Just turn off Antivirus

All other trainers flag as gamehack. This flag as a Trojan. Is this normal? I guess not.
