Doesn't seem to work as intended - it just sets clothing damage points to 1000 (the max durability being up to ten thousand points) and doesn't affect head gear. A thousand points may look like a lot but most late game enemies in normal or hard mode can cause more than that in one blow - destroying the piece of clothing as they would normally, if it's already been hit a lot.

Setting the clothing "health" to 15000 should be enough - haven't seen any enemy that can hit that hard, even in Otaku mode (the hardest difficulty setting.)

Not worked so much. Just used the Trainer when fighting at Battle Arena, seems fines, but then, enemy still can strip ma clothes.

The inf health doesn't work if the damage is 1000 or more, it just makes it a one hit. if possible raise the counter to around 10000 or so, or just add unbreakable armor.
