The game is out now on the internet (pirate version).
Official release is February 3th.

What I would like to see:

1. Amount of cash: 100.000.000 $
2. Something with skill point or something that has to do with leveling up, mega XP etc.

that game you saw on internet(pirate version) actually it's beta that is pirated which is against the rules.

either is beta or retail,doesn't matter,the best suggestion is wait until official release for better result in-game changes.

Money one is easy with cheat engine finding the EXP and level is harder.
