Also, have anyone seen Shiki? My favorite so far!
Do you have any Anime recommendations similar to Shiki?
Or, maybe you want some recommendations for another Anime you've watched?

Umm.. suggesting some good anime depends on your preferred genre. For example I love Hellsing Ultimate, an OVA. So if you can narrow your request for a rec down a bit I have several I can suggest to you.

If you want something interesting with a lot of action and a real morality and plot then Naruto is for you. It's somewhat about 700 episodes at this moment and it's really that great.

Naruto was cute at first but like Bleach the plot was pretty much thrown aside so the series could milk more advertisement dollars. At least that is my opinion.
