i cant get it running. we have a own server but if i try to aktivate it with f1, i only get the sound but nothing else. any tipps for me ?

If you do have the new trainer, you might have to wait a bit more than 20secs before it activates.
And make sure to first, run the game, as allways with the no battleye anticheat, unofficial server only option.
After that, connect to your game session, tab out and start the trainer.( preferably with admin rights) press F1, wait up til you hear the actication voice (might take a bit longer than the mentioned 20secs, just be patient.) acticate the wanted options and tab. Or just tab back into the game and then acticate desired option, both works just fine.

Again: I don't know for sure if it works with anything other than a lokal game.

Sometimes MAF trainers can throw false positives, I and many others can confirm they are not malware, and no, you will not get banned if you only use this in single player.

My windows defender keeps on closing and removing the trainer file. They recognise it as a
Trojan: Win32/Rundas.A file and I can't even get it to ignore the file when I set it as administrator! Could u please advise me in what I should/could do to get it to work?

Allow it through under quarantined items.

Yeah Ark takes a lot and it is a chore but you're the best though Mr. Anti. The trainer is still boss when it comes to this game.

I am new to this trainer and I tried it in single player, but it still is not activated after 5minutes.
Is this just because the trainer is not compatible with 255.23?
