It is for multiplayer to: "when running the game go with Play ARK : No BattlEye Anticheat , Unofficial Servers only." So that means online

No It means It's going to remove any protection from the game, maybe some servers have that feature off but in general It's not meant for multiplayer, maybe some features won't even work cause of them being server sided.

I can open it and 1 time the trainer worked but now reinstalled etc. but i can not get any cheat enabled.
Please help me.

Last Ark Version is 263 and the last mrantifun version is 262. PLEASE UPDATE, i always like the trainers.
