No! This Trainer is only for PC / Steam version.
And for all the other People pls do not ask every day and after each update for a new Trainer.
Maybe the old Trainer still works!
Also comes almost every day some patch to ARK.
Should he work only on ARK Trainer?
Have a little patience!

LOL people have been requesting from the 24 august for update so think they are being patient and I would also like to think they have checked if it works or not before requesting, they are also asking still for 267 version so I'm guessing it has not updated every day like you say and if people are using the retail version then sometimes MrAntiFun skips a version and it is no good to them. Maybe you need more patience and leave the chastising to the mods of the site. Although nice of you to be helpful to the guy asking about the xbox version.

ARK Survival Evolved V264.3 Trainer +12 <- this trainer is working 100% for me and i am am on v273.68 of ark....so ya.

I wouldnt say its working 100%..... Most if not all functions do "work" but some cause bugs. For instance, I have to start a new scorched earth save file because the easy XP option made my xp go WAYYY negative. I was at -6,000,000 and some of my tamed dinos were affected too. I had an issue using Infinite Weight too.

An update fixing the easy xp option would be extemely appreciated!

For what its's worth, I only play in single player mode.
