It's false positive just turn off, pause or delete your anti-virus.

Umm, I don't actually know what version the game is because I don't know how to check, BUT I downloaded the latest trainer and found that every single thing but "Inf. Ship Health" works. I am literally a god apart from when I'm in my ship, it's like Edward's kryptonite xD
Is there a possible way for this to be fixed or is this trainer now abandoned? Kind of a shame if it is, sea-combat is extremely fun
