Seems to be working fine, is there particular environment where you get hit by maybe higher enemies red, blue?

Oh try to re-download current trainer, later at that time it got uploaded to fix with items as well.

Current trainer doesn't have stealth and it's not possible to add due to anti cheat limitation so, hopefully you will manage somehow with others cheats included so far.
Speaking of no reload, infinite ammo please explain details of issue.
