Dont know about a trainer because its hard on an unity game, everything is harder il try to figure aut something with cheat engien but so far no luck.

Just playing around with CE and I found money, and changed to $1 Billion with no issues. For pilot XP, you can edit the file:
BATTLETECH\BattleTech_Data\StreamingAssets\data\simGameConstants\SimGameConstants.json with notepad++ and go down to the "Pilot" heading and change the line:
"BaseXPGainPerMission" : X, (Where "X" is a number. Change it to "120000" and all of your pilots will have enough XP to max out their stats after one mission.

You can also change your starting money here:
SimGameConstants.json - BATTLETECH\BattleTech_Data\StreamingAssets\data\simGameConstants
Notepad++ - "StartingCBills" - 980000 - change - 9999999999

Ok so found out that you can edit the game files with notepad or wordpad, BATTLETECH\BattleTech_Data\StreamingAssets\data\simGameConstants\SimGameConstants.json here you can edit the starting money "StartingCBills" to what ever you want but dont exceed the maximum value the game wont start i change it from 980000 to 980000000 there you can edit more stuff but keep in mind max value for everything have fun.
