I recently bought the Bioshock Collecter's Edition on Steam during the Steam sale. Infininte runs fine, but Bioshock 1 and 2 (Both the Original and Remastered versions) are a royal pain in the ass to get running. I'm on Windows 7, and recently downloaded the Version 1.1 of the Original Bioshock Trainer from here. The issue I'm running into is that in order to get Bioshock 1 to actually launch I had to rename the .exe to Bioshock -nointro.exe (and put it in compatibility mode, and other things to get the thing to actually run). The problem is that the trainer seems to rely on the Bioshock.exe to run.
Is there a way to change the .exe the trainer uses? If I try to run it on the Bioshock.exe, it either refuses to launch, or will go black and crash. In order to get the game to run I have to use the nointro.exe.
