this trainer is shit, i have activate infinite ammo and mana and now I am invincible and one hit kill
save is corrupted
Actually, you must have the "Columbia's Finest" DLC, which increases some weapon damage by 35%. Which is stackable with some of the gear which increases damage against certain foes.
In the early parts of the game this is overpowered, yes. The sniper rifle in particular, especially with the increased fire rate upgrade you buy in the game, becomes ridiculously overpowered, like an anti-air cannon almost.
It's not the trainer doing this, it's the DLC. The Bioshock community complained about it back when the Columbia's Finest DLC was released, but nothing was done by the game's developers. Research before jumping to conclusions.

Edit:
Forgot to respond to the corruption part of your post - Trainers don't cause save corruption.
Save corruption can be caused by a thousand and one things, trainers aren't one of them. The most common causes are:
  • Crashing during game autosaving (95% of crashes are caused by hardware issues, such as wrong resolution, outdated drivers, not meeting the minimum requirements, etc).
  • Too many modded in-game files causing conflicts (trainers don't mod anything in the game's files, they inject data into your RAM [hence why trainers get falsely identified as viruses]).
  • Heavily bugged mods.
  • Pirated versions of the game (certain files have been altered - this can cause issues such as corruption and crashes. Buy the game, don't be a thief).
In short - save file corruption is your own fault. Every "professional" gamer knows they must keep several save files and/or back up their save data every now and again.
Again, don't jump to conclusions, it's bad for your mental health.

I seriously doubt this is going to happen, but this trainer needs a 'notarget' for Clash in the Clouds. The 13th wave of Raven's Dome is impossible.
