For Steam users: Open the Wemod trainer, click on fix in the right corner, drag and drop exe in the box, then done. I found the borderlands3.exe in Win64 file.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 3\OakGame\Binaries\Win64
