Bound By Flame trainer doesnt work at all

I star the trainer and then game (Bound By Flame) and i click F1 and nothing hapend so i kill one Dead Walker and then i click F9 nothing hapend!!!!

alt tab to start the trainer after you start the game then do the selections then alt tab back into the game
