Yes sometimes. You just need to keep playing with that option and finally it will work as intended.

I'm unsure how the trainer works with steam, do I have to put it on the desktop and exe. or in another folder/file? On the desktop the inf cash doesnt work as exampled.. i buy something, turn cheat on, doesnt go infinite.

I usually keep trainers separated in a "Trainers" labeled folder. In this case, you would need to double click the trainer executable and then launch the game. The trainer for this game can be a little tedious so you need to make sure you follow the instructions in the first post of this thread. For example, if you want infinite cash, you need to go to the market, buy something, activate the infinite cash option, then buy something again. You will notice you're cash will be an infinite amount.
