Is anyone having issues with this trainer working on Windows 10? I played this game a little on Windows 7 and the trainer worked perfectly but it seems a little buggy in Win10. Just wanted to check.

Im having this issue too... windows 10 pro 1607 build 14347 2x nvidia gtx 1080 i7 6700k 32gb ram running on ssd

It's still on 1.0 version so it hasn't been updated at all. You may have to look elsewhere for a more up to date one.

Our trainers work on multiple versions most of the time , This trainer was made for V1.00 and is still working on fully updated build on steam , Make sure you start game first then the trainer and never use it online .
