It does not work for me with all the DLC installed. The game closes when the active menu F1.

trainer does not work on windows 10 anymore. it gives an error "the debuger attach has timeout. This could indicate that the target has crashed, or that your system is just slow. Do you wish to wait another 10 seconds?"

I can assure you, my system is not slow, and this trainer use to work fine. When I try to close the trainer, it freezes the game and I have to use control alt delete to close it.
