I figured that out, my stupid self was trying to do it on MP.
I try it on SP, it finds the game and I can activate the trainer but activating inf health/ammo doesn't do anything for me

so you are trying to become a mp cheater trainers only work on offline/sp mode. mp + trainer=70% ban rate

I can't activated "Infinite Ammo & No Reload". Why it could happened?

inf.ammo does not work anymore sadly but inf.health does may you please fix this?
