Cheat Engine Based Trainers Don't Work

Pretty much the title, in the picture attatched the trainers on the left always work for me, but the ones on the right that use cheat engine never work, they activate but the cheats do not work.

Well , Both actually use Cheat Engine , I only made 5-6 trainers with my own c++ engine then went back to Cheat Engine , I work alone and cheat engine saves me hell alot of programming hours because of all the tools it has , If i was using c++ on all trainers i would only be able to do 3-5 Trainers a day in 10 hours work , With Cheat Engine i can do 7-15 trainers a day .

Ah righto, well the ones on the right still never work for me ;-;

The ones on the shortcut that have a blue background and red M with that style interface. I've tried it for multiple games and I'm dead sure I'm using the right version. Any idea why those ones won't work?
