how do I download the trainers???

just clic on the lil' window "attached file" under the trainer explin/video and you get it, then extract the trainer out from the zip/rar file and voila, just launch it using the executor .exe

keep in mind some antivirus consider trainer as virus or else, its false positive, no risk. if you cant download it, just turn off your antivirus for the download duration (better is after that to put the trainer into your antivirus analyse exclusion (for avoid the antivirus to delete the trainer later)
