Hey Mr. Antifun. I tested the trainer and it seems the Inf.Item cheat causes your item to disappear.

Well Mega.Exp works as it detects it but doesn't work as in doesn't register it.

Having the same issues
Inf.Items makes all the items disappears and Mega.Exp doesn't actually level up just gives you the same bonus over and over again.
