yea but.. i dont have any anti-virus program. my browser keep deleting the downloaded item. any solution?

Same here, I tried to download the Trainer from different browser but It says the folder is empty.

it is a false positive. Disable anti-virus program, download, and add the zip file to exceptions before reenabling the anti-virus. It happens every so often

Or, alternately, set the antivirus to exclude a newly created directory from antivirus scan, and download MAF trainers there.

May depend on the browser. Try doing it through Microsoft Edge. Sometimes, Google Chrome and some other trainers have a bad habit of false positiving trainers and refusing to download them.
