I followed your video:
Opened up the game.
Opened the trainer and put in the activation code
The code is right, but whenever I click activate it beeps and doesn't activate.

I tried some of your methods for fixing it but neither disabling the anti-virus, disabling the UAC, renaming the file, or running as an admin seemed to worked

Are you using this on Original Steam Platform or Reloaded retail Version?

ok what OS are you using at the moment? and also did you try troubleshoot compatibility?

hmmm i'll try to get MrAntiFun to have a look at it when he's free, everyone else seems to be working fine with the trainer, unless when you downloaded the retail version *Maybe* 1 or 2 files were missing? just guessing
