Dark Souls 3 latest patch as of 7/26/2020 (1.16 I believe) Steam version
All mods randomly stop working while playing usually half an hour after I started. Turning them on and off again does nothing. The only fix is closing the game out entirely and relaunching. Using the trainer through wemod
