Once activated Inf.Selected Mineable Resources seems to be locked in. I can't shut it off so flint/stone resource nodes are immortal. Tried reloading save file and restarting the game, no change. So keep in mind once you activate this cheat you'll be unable to remove stone resource nodes.

Given how Mr.Antifun has done things in the past I'm guessing each node is set to something like 99 999 once the cheat is activated and the amount isn't displaying. So theoretically if you turn off the cheat and mine out a single node a whooooooooooole bunch it might disappear.

Edit : The Inf.Stats also prevents all natural births. The 'pregnant' timer must be an invisible decaying stat that the trainer always keeps maxed. So pregnant Adult Females will be pregnant their entire adult life without ever giving birth.

But there are still some problems with the trainer. I followed the instruction but it didn't work. It didn't work in challenge mode either.
