ap is basically the MP of this game. if you want to use higher levelled skills for weapons, then that's what they are.

Just use Scatter Shot from the Shotgun, and you should get it.

The game will lock up when using the editor. There's also graphical/artifact issues.
I came out of a mission (using only Infinite health). When the mission finished, it scrolled through the end of the day using up resources and I activated the infinite resources cheat.
I only had my active party members. All other party members disappeared.
I was still able to use the infinite skill points afterwards but when I pressed ESC to go to the main menu the game locked up and I had to reload the game.

current version/build of the game (on PC STEAM) is: 1480907 ... version 1.3 was released on Friday 11/25/2016.

Can this get an update? I got the infinite hp to work, infinite skill points, easy crafting, and infinite ammo. However ammo is used up still when using defensive specials like wary eye and return fire and the infinite AP and infinite resources does not seem to work.
