Sounds like your download got corrupted or didn't complete try downloading it again and if that doesn't work the only other thing I can come up with is that whatever program you use to unzip .zip files is bad and you might want to look into replacing it.

Any way to add the gold currency to the trainer? Given how little drops, the amount needed to buy the items it's used for, and the shortness of the game. It's hard to get enough for one item let alone two or three.

If you're willing to do the Biohazard survival missions setting it to long and hell you can net yourself 16 gold bars. HOWEVER, it is a serious pain in the ass.
