Dead State Trainer is currently broken with the official release of the game on Steam and the day 1 patch. The item id list is also missing a number of items and is slightly outdated. Current version of the game is v.1.0.0.34. The trainer itself will not activate using the F1 key and F2-F6 no longer check the corresponding boxes for each effect. I have attempted starting the trainer before the game and after starting the game.

Hopfully he gets a copy of the released game from someone so he can make a trainer I am guessing he only has the pre release one (trail).

Good to know. It is also worth mentioning that the console command to add items using additem(ID,QTY) does indeed still work. The ID list can still be used for this even though it is a little outdated.
