No, your Antivirus deletes it.
Make sure you unzip it in a exception location, where your Av doesn't scan.

alternatively, just pause your AV, white list the unzipped trainer, then activate your AV again.
It's very annoying, especially with my Bitdefender since it even tries to block these false positives when I turn it off sometimes, but that's the only way.

Correct, did some testing myself too and that's the only option not working. I can live with that though.
