Not only am I a video game addict but in my down time I enjoy painting, particularly painting dogs. I sold a painting last year making me a professional artist and am planning on starting up my own business as a portrait artist. I am linking an image with my first professional piece, 2 pieces I painted for free for people and my current Work In Progress.

I received an email from Canada by one of the co-founders of localsolo.com (a global freelancer network) with an invitation code after he saw my paintings on Behance.net. I am stoked beyond belief that after only 4 years of painting I attracted international attention. When my business starts up I can use my freelancer profile to gain international clients for my art.

This morning I have been commissioned for not 1 but 2 portraits so I am going to be a very busy man.

I got an email from a U.S. company called Vida this morning. Vida is a clothing company that takes designs from artists around the world to make clothing and apparel. Sales of said clothing and apparel also go to charity as well as a portion going to the artist. My Paintings on Behance.net caught their attention and they invited me to become one of their artwork designers.

I am still in shock and disbelief that my artwork is getting this kind of attention, first an email from LocalSolo in Canada inviting me to be a freelancer for them and now this! I have only been painting for exactly 5 years. I first picked up a paintbrush on June 30 2011. This email is a great 5 year anniversary gift!
