the V1.02b Trainer still works on v1.03 but i don't know if it works online and if the Unlock All Skills work tho' because i don't play online (because my ISP is crap to play co-op with) and my skills are all unlocked (from using the cheat on v1.02)

Activate the cheat, open your menu, go to Bag menu, the Skills List. Close menu out. Turn cheat off.

You now have the skills.
