It's really picky about how you use it. Sometimes it will work sometimes it wont. If you dont have a legal version I'm pretty sure its not going to work.

Figured it out. Open up your steam version of Empire Total War, then at the main menu open up the trainer. When its running go into your campaign or start a new one. Once it has loaded you can press F1 to enable the trainer, then F2-9 for whatever other options you want. For the 1 turn construction, recruitment and research, the little number shown when you click it will not change to one. But when you complete your turn and wait for the AI to go, it will all happen instantly. For the infinite movement it's also very picky. Click where you want an army/fleet to go and wait for it to arrive at its destination before clicking again. The amount it can travel will increase slightly. If you click too much it will mess up and you'll get the red ring around your army/fleet which restricts movements. God mode should work fine, but does not work for autoresolve! Only if you manually carry out the battle yourself.
