Pretty much nothing works. Food is drained almost instantly, health is still being lost when in combat. Only unlimited points seems to be working

'Unlimited Health' doesn't seem to work.
I couldn't progress enough to test all of the trainer's options, but at the very least. I could test the others if I had Unlimited Health to play with, ironically. I'm very shit at shooting in games otherwise I'd at least try more, but I was getting overly frustrated after a few hours of being mostly one-shot killed by the first gun-wielding enemies in Survival over and over again.
I'm installing the game again so that I can try as many of the trainer's options as possible. I'll come back and post a new reply with any options that I can confirm are/aren't working anymore once I've had another play around.
