start the game first, then alt + tab out of the game, select your options, then Alt+tab back into the game.

Not sure if this is the right place, but reasonably early on in the game just after you save the priest from getting shot, after you get into the sewer, no matter what I do, as soon as I get close to (walk to) the bottom of the stairs after you appear in the sewer to move on my character is automatically always moved a few feet, and then it is stuck. I can't move or get unstuck, the other characters keep moving but I can't get unstuck. Any ideas? I downloaded the trainer as I hoped I could get past the glitch/bug but it doesn't help. I can't go further in the game because of this
