Europa Universalis IV Trainer blocked by Antivirus

I've used the trainer with this antivirus before but it is being blocked now and I cant even unzip the rar file it's in since it is blocked. This is really annoying. Any help would be nice.
Btw I'm using Bitdefender

I've had the same problem but instead I use Microsoft Security Essentials and spybot

Next time read the FAQ - http://mrantifun.net/index.php?faq/

FIX: Easily turn off your AV (Anti-Virus), re-download the Trainer and your done, if you don't want to keep your AV off you simply add: Folder, EXE, RAR file to exception via AV, go into google for results.
