Yes it works fine on that , Try to run trainer as admin , New trainer added with fixed manpower cheat.

I don't know , I only have 1 DLC and i think it was a free DLC , Other users didnt report any problems other than manpower cheat bug.

Any chance you can make something with the estates? like increase or decrease the loyalty etc?

Hey, I have the following DLCs :

- Europa Universalis IV: The Cossacks
- Europa Universalis IV: Common Sense
- Europa Universalis IV: El Dorado
- Europa Universalis IV: Art of War
- Europa Universalis IV: Conquest of Paradise
- Europa Universalis IV: Wealth of Nations
- Europa Universalis IV: Res Publica
- Europa Universalis IV: Women in History

And everything is working fine with the game updated, and the current trainer. If it doesn't work with your game, you must have done something wrong.

to be fair , you can (if not in ironman mode) type ~ to open the in-game console, then type imperial_authority [VALUE} with value being the amount you want.

For manpower; Press ~ for the command box to come up and then type: manpower (number). for example: manpower 99999
