The infinite item cheat seems to have a bug where if you activate it once and then deactivate (or not), a random item will completely fill your inventory slots every time an item is crafted, placed, moved, etc. causing the overflow to spill out onto the world. This essentially kills you doing anything in game and reloading a past save. Be warned, infinite items really does fill your inventory and world with infinite items splurging out everywhere.
