I have the Steam version.
The current Steam version contains the HDR patch for FO 2 (Fallout2_High_Resolution_Patch_4.1.8.exe, needs to be activated) and the fallout2HR.exe.
Config the trainer hotkeys (menu in the trainer) with those that are not associated with the game control keys and run the game via fallout2HR.exe
I am currently on Fallout 2 V1.0.2 Trainer +6 MrAntiFun as the Fallout 2 V1.0.2 Trainer +7 archive is corrupted on my end. Good luck.
