use 7zip, extract it to desktop, then add an exclusion for the specific file, try it that way

hmmm used to work maybe theyve patched it, console commands are a good alternative if they trainer isnt working 100% if you can learn to use them

That's why trainers are more convenient, so I don't have to keep typing the item and materials to add. Still though trainer needs update and fix!

Trainers are more convenient, however they break, Console Commands dont

I thought Free crafting means you can craft anything for free including modifying Power Armor, but i guess not. Still great trainer though so thanks for making it, really appreciate it

Free crafting is you can craft anything with no resource loss - I think

You know you guys could use a batch command for your mats. Here, you can have a copy of mine. All you need to do is copy all of this to a notepad and save it in your Fallout 4 directory as craft.txt (where the Fallout 4 Launcher is located, for Steam it would be steamapps/common/Fallout 4) .

Then in your console type

bat craft

And hit enter and you will get 10k of all these items in your inventory. More than enough to last you for quite some time. I have them all convieniently labeled so you can take out what you don't want, and you can change the numbers from 10000 to more or less for them if you want.
Store them in the workbench to save on your weight limit if you need. It's just a temporary fix until they can get the trainer worked out, OK?

If you run into more items you need you can add those to the list too or make another one and name it something else like "craft 2", just use the same format.

Now if you really want to have some fun and you think your tough enough for it, you can use this batch here. But watch out, this will spawn all 10 Legendary Deathclaws in front of you, better save before you use this! But you will get some nice loot.

Disable your antivirus while downloading, it works.

Current trainer "Fallout 4 V1.7.12.0.1 Trainer +17" seems to work fine for me ,All cheats activated , Tried to build items like gun attachment and my resources went up and never decreased , What is the exact problem you having ? .
