The game updated to 1.6.2 but everything still works fine using the latest 1.6.1 trainer on my end.

There's a video that shows u how to add how many lunch boxes you have, unfortunately it's not a one button procedure BUT it's fairly simple.

Notice:

• First start game world then activate trainer and cheats
• First select one of the workers then activate health , radiation and stats cheat then every character you select will be effected by the cheats.
• For Female Pregnant cheat , First select a random dweller then activate cheat then select the female you want to get pregnant one by one , Notice it may take a minute for females to change clothes to the pregnant clothes , Then either go on a mission or go to the main menu of the game and enter again and all female will give birth instantly .

you throw your .sav over to it and it opens it up, I am connected to the internet and So far it has worked for lunchboxes and Mr.handys. No download needed.

I keep getting an error message saying this isn't 64 based

@Kotamar That is weird that it won't open for you and I had uninstalled the game (for the RE complete bundle) So I do not know off the top of my head, I want to say No but I am not sure
