My experience with Trainer version 1.09 on Steam version of the game,

F1: Activate
F2: God Mode
F3: Infinite Oxygen
F4: Infinite Ammo
F5: Infinite Money
F6: No Reload
F7: Infinite Gadget (When active you can not add C4/Mines & Its not unlimited for them even when you disable/re-enable)
F8: No Recoil
F9: Mega Exp (Not working for me)
F10: Better Accuracy
F11: Undetected
F12: Infinite Skill Points
Delete: Add Karma Points (Not Tested)
Page Up: Speed Up (Not Tested)
Insert: Free Timer (Shows as frozen on some, but not really frozen)
Page Down: Reset Speed (Not Tested)

All Hot Keys work that have no "(" or ")" info at the end of them. The others do not work for me.

Some of them I did not test as I have no need for them & I did not want to make it obvious that I cheated for achievements. For me none of them are a serious loss other then the timer freeze which would be very useful in the missions. I have completed about 90% of the game with no cheats on XBox One already but its fun cheating when you have already completed all those quests if for nothing then a little payback on the NPC's.

When i try to download the trainer it goes through the steps and then when i try to extract it to my trainer file there is nothing there

Just tested it. Inf ammo works, godmod works, mega xp works, almost everything works fine.
