Hello there, not sure if it's meant to happen or is a bug, but I wanted to use this trainer specifically for one bit of the game (the mission where you have to fight without guns in an arena) as I have failed at it so many times, but when I activate it, all the NPCs start attacking me even before I get in the arena, you have to talk to someone before you go in and fight so I activated the health cheat just before going in, and all the NPCs that were meant to not attack you, started wailing on me so I couldn't continue.

Just keep completing expeditions...they aren't bad if you're using the trainer.
