F10 is working great for me. Make sure you run the trainer as Admin AFTER launching the game.

After that, select your training exercises and SIMULATE ALL!

It does work, tested on Steampunk version. You get 10 points which will never go down, so you can buy everything. This only works in Journey!

No it will not, FUT is an online mode which can't be edited.

Is there a way to make changes to OVR and stats persist after I close the game? E.g: whenever I close the game, Alex Hunter reverts back to 64 OVR from 99.

I even managed to change his stats using Cheat Engine but the game reverts back to original stats after you close it.
