For no random battle equip maxed Ecounter None materia
With maxed stats and ribons equiped on all characters there is exactly 2 enemies in whole game which have chance to kill you and both are weapons
With being able to use any materia you want just look up Materia combos (like 32x slash + firaga combo) to kill even those in matter of seconds

For no random battle learn ecounter none on Diablos once you get him (can be got really early, especialy if you cheat up your stats )
With maxed stats and junctions there is exactly one enemy in whole game which have chance to kill you
