Hi to all, the trainer works great!

I left the right instructions that worked for me
1 run the trainer (and verify that the program displays.... game is ON!)
2 run the game normally
3 select a game mode (campaign or endless)
4 push the desired key (it's take a time)
4a listen to the word (cheat activated)
4 enjoy

a little suggestion with the money cheat
put the f2 key (and activate the command)
when you reach the end of the level...... activate and deactivate the cheat
or the game suddenly crash....

That's all the metod... i hope that works for all the forum....
