Current latest trainer seems to work fine , Make sure you start game first then open the trainer .

9.7.0.2 worked, but not the 10.12.2016 one
Helps a lot, the clip sizes are just crazy 6 shots and reaload and max 30. Insane. Now you can actualyl enjoy shooting.
